Celebrating our 11th year in the Lehigh Valley, FIA NOW is an award-winning, 100% minority-owned business (MBE).
Our motto “Corporate service with a personal approach”, reflects the drive and commitment to quality that we strive to deliver each day. We began our journey in New York City, and relocated to Lehigh Valley, PA.

CEO & Co-Founder; Chief Diversity Officer
William D. Brown is a successful visionary with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He holds titles such as Founder, CEO, Mentor, Public Speaker, Community Leader and Author. Currently, the CEO and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Mr. Brown co-founded FIA NOW Employment Solutions in 2012, a Lehigh-Valley based staffing agency. As an expert in DEI, he has been invited to speak on various business panels, summits, and podcasts including PBS, WFMZ-TV, Lehigh Valley Business, and Central Penn Business Journal. Mr. Brown provides strategies in combating the inequities that are found in today’s workplace.
